10.1 Christian Aid Ireland shall neither be held to be in breach of its obligations hereunder nor be liable to you for any loss or damage which may be suffered due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, fire, storm, flood, lightening, disease, strike, trade dispute, act of terrorism, any act or omission of government or regulatory bodies or communications operators.

11.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Christian Aid Ireland and you and supersede all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications and proposals, whether oral, electronic or written, between you and Christian Aid Ireland.
11.3 Any failure of Christian Aid Ireland to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the subsequent exercise or enforcement or any such rights.
12. JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms and the use of our website are governed by the laws of the UK and EU. All claims or disputes arising out of the breach of these Terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK and EU, but we reserve the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country of your residence or any other relevant country.
